    Hi,

I’m using Enfold on a RTL website. After updating Enfold ver from 4.0.7 to 4.4 the columns order on the back-end (where I’m editing the page) is reversed. How can I fix this?

    Thanks

    Hey sasha,

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi,

have we previously helped you add any custom code, that has been removed?

    Best regards,

    Hi,
Your login has a third field “Google Authenticator Code” please disable or provide what we need to complete.
It sounds like the RTL css has changed since v4.0.7, do you still have your copy of this version on your computer? Can you link to it via dropbox?

    Best regards,
    Mike

The problem is on the back-end…

    Hi,
Thanks for the tip, I was able to login.
Do you mean these are reversed? Please see screenshot in Private Content area.

    Best regards,
    Mike

I mean the columns of the avia builder are displayed in reverse (see the attached screenshots).

When I enter a published page I see that the front-end looks as it should but the columns on the back-end are reversed…

(I works ok on Enfold ver 4.0.7 which is the version I use on the live website).

    Hi,
Thanks for the images, I see now. This looks like a RTL css issue, as the backend is correct and the front end is wrong, right?
Since you already have both versions installed can you include a link to the page in your screenshot on both servers so I can compare and find the difference?
If not I will install both on mine.

    Best regards,
    Mike

The front is right and the back-end columns are wrong…

You can enter the back-end (editing) of any of the published pages and you’ll see the columns are on a reverse order as opposed to the way they are displayed on the front-end which looks as it should…

    Hi,
Sorry, I took a look at your homepage and found your frontend & backend matched, Please see screenshot in Private Content area.
I also looked at 3 other random pages.
Then I tested on my localhost RTL:
    2018-06-12_005204
    and LTR:
    2018-06-12_005425
Is this only happening on some pages?

    Best regards,
    Mike

This is so strange… See the screenshot of how it looks for me…

    Hi,
Yes this is strange, no wonder we were not understanding each other :)
Now let me ask if you have tried logging in as the user you gave us, or is this from a different user, like your own account?
Also what browser are you using? If your browser allows languages, what happens if you set your default language to English?

    Best regards,
    Mike
