Hi Team,
New here but hopefully, I am posting this in the right place.
May I know if there is a way to fix this?
This happens when I update the Woocommerce cart to 0 item, or when I empty the cart. A direct access to the empty cart (by clicking on the cart icon) does not trigger this.
I’m using Enfold Version 4.1.2 and Woocommerce 3.1.2.
Appreciate any help I can get.
Best regards,
Eric.
p/s. Been using Enfold for 2 years now, been awesome so far! Keep up the great work guys. :)

Could you post a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?

Here’s the site.
You can trigger the error by simply adding any item to the cart, then remove the item using the (x) or reducing the cart item to 0 and click on the “Update cart” button.
Best regards,
Eric.

Theme does not change how return to shop button works. Also, following the same steps, i could not reproduce the issue on my local installation. Could you please try switching to another theme temporarily to check if it is theme related or not? Also, have you made any changes on WooCommerce files?

I’ve made some custom changes to the theme through the Quick CSS but nothing major. I’ve tried removing all of them, cleared the cache but the issue persisted.
Also, I didn’t make any changes to the WooCommerce files. I was using Woocommerce 2.5.5 prior to this and there was no issue with it. Only when I updated it recently, this issue came about.
If there’s no issue on your local installation, then I believe there are some backend issues on my end then, though I can’t figure out what is the cause of it.

I can’t reproduce it on my local installation either. I can’t really say what is going wrong except that the text of the button seems to be outside of the link tag. I’m guessing that is what is causing the problem. We could have given you some CSS to use, but since the text is not in a link, we don’t have anything to target with the CSS unfortunately.

Thank you for your input. By any chance, do you have an idea where should I be looking at to zoom in into the error?
Currently, it feels like I’m looking for a needle in a haystack. Don’t even know which area I should be looking at.

I know the feeling, I’ve been there many times. Did you try doing a general search for the problem? Maybe you could open a ticket on a WooCommerce forum as well? You are probably more likely to get better quality answers there to be honest with you.

RikardSeptember 10, 2017 at 7:24 am #850054Hi Rikard,
Finally got it fixed.
It seems like one of the cache plugins have been causing the issue ever since I updated WooCommerce. Had to deactivate all the plugins one by one to pinpoint the issue.
Thanks for the advice (for pointing me to the right direction) & help!
