Dear Community,
I have an error in my menu when accessing the website through mobile devices. The menu is not displayed correctly and I have no idea how to fix it. I have tried to change the logo (fixed) (unfixed) but I does not adapt to the different screen sizes. Maybe it has to do with the “show this item on small / large screens” but I tried everything with no results.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions on how to fix this problem.
You will find my website here. (Access through Phone / Tablet to see the issue)

Thank you for getting back to me. I would need an email Address for WordPress. Should I just use mine?

August 13, 2018 at 5:35 pm #996784Hi fcorts,
Thank you.
There was an issue with the fallback menu in older versions of the theme. It is resolved in the later versions. You can either update the theme to the latest version or create a menu in Appearance > Menus and assign it as Enfold main menu.
If you need further assistance please let us know.

August 15, 2018 at 4:29 pm #997590Hi fcorts,
This error was happening sometimes but seems to be gone now. Please try again or try an update via FTP, since there are files that will need to be removed and if you overwrite the theme via FTP you will not get the errors.

VictoriaAugust 17, 2018 at 1:24 pm #998424Hi Vicoria,
he error is still happening. I have also tried to update the theme by uploading the new version which I got from themeforst but this does not work either. The browser showa that its doing something but the upload does not work and times out. Connecting via FTP is a real hassle b/c we have outsourced the hosting.
August 18, 2018 at 7:29 pm #998748Hi fcorts,
You need to update the theme via FTP, there is nothing much that can be done besides that. Do you have access to cPanel?
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
