Hello,
I know, there are some threads about this problem, but I didn’t find a working solution. Let me describe the problem.
First, I had the problem, that the elements changed their order as it should be, but they had a big margin on the right side, so I had to scroll right to see them.
I added the code I found here in the forum:
@media only screen and (max-width: 960px) {
.fixed-width {
width: 80%!important;
margin-left: 50px !important;
}}
body.op-plugin .container { max-width: 100%; }
Now the margin is gone and it seems to be fixed, but if the screen becomes to small, like on a mobile phone, the elements get beside again, but without any space between. This looks horrible. How can I fix this?Thanks

How did you create the test page? I know that it is not created with the advance layout builder because the markup looks different. And what do you mean by the “the elements get beside again”? Could you please provide a screenshot?

I uploaded the Screenshot in my Page. You see the text is directly beside the picture, but should be below. If you make the screen wider it goes below. You see what I mean?

what happens when you deactivate Omptimize Press and all other plugins you’re using? does it work with your text + image this way?

I made the other way. I deactivated Enfold and everything works fine. The thing is, that deactivating Optimize Press is no solution, because, than I can not create the site and I don’t whether the site will still work. It needs to work with Optimize Press. And the test of deactivating Enfold shows, that it is an Enfold problem. I need to fix this problem asap, because I want to start a radio campaign soon. Thanks.

unfortunately we can’t provide support for 3rd party plugins, as written our support policy. So what is plugin’s author saying about this issue?

did your read my last reply? It does work with disabled Enfold Theme. So it is a problem of Enfold and not of a third party plugin. So I don’t need to ask any third party plugin author, because without Enfold everything works fine. So please, can you fix this problem. Since weeks we are discussing and I didn’t get any help yet. One part of the problem I solved alone. But on this thing I need help. Please have a look on the problem. It is realy a problem of Enfold. Thanks.

as already said to you: we can’t support every 3rd party plugin out there. It seems you don’t get how WordPress is working in general. There are lots of different theme and plugin authors out there. So not every theme is compatible with every plugin. This won’t simply be possible, as every author is doing his own thing. If you want a speficic theme to be compatible with a specific plugin, then in this case you need to hire a freelance developer for this job: http://kriesi.at/contact/customization

I know how WordPress works. I’m a software developer. That’s why I could fix one problem alone. But I’m not the expert in CSS and this seems to be an CSS problem. And you just said, it is a problem between the Theme and the Plugin. So it is a problem of Enfold. To send me away to the plugin Author is no solution and no support. The Plugin works with a lot of other Themes very well, so it seems to be more a Theme problem, than a Plugin problem. In the time you discuss this with me, you could have already fixed the problem. I have 4 customers I recommended the Enfold Theme and all of them use Optimize Press and all of them have the same problem. I have to stop to recommend Enfold, because the support is realy bad. Instead of helping your are discussing with me. Yes, I can hire a freelancer and I will do in future. And my customers I will recommend an other theme. Fortunately there are enough other solutions outside. Unfortunately that does not help me at the moment and I still have the problem and would need to move all sites to another theme, which costs time and money.
The advertisement on your page says: “We offer incredible support and free updates for all our themes!” I don’t see an incredible support. How can I get this?

I’m very sorry that you’re disappointed. Unfortunately, the plugin is not fully configured in the theme and, if I am not mistaken, Kriesi is not planning to put native configuration for it because the theme has its own Advance Layout Builder. Why do you need this plugin?
