    Hi there,

    I am running Enfold (with Woocommerce) and have found that the mobile version does not work responsively. The site looks great on full screen, and aside from the logo overlapping with the menu (#problem for another thread) it even works nicely when the browser is pulled small, but on tablet and phone – I’ve tried several brands and designs – the site is scrambled and images are being thrown all over the place. When I reload the site several times, it might come out looking okay a few times, and then back to being scrambled. Very inconsistent and unpredictable.

    This is a running e-commerce business so the problem is fairly urgent!

    Hi Wernard!

    You are currently using an older version of the theme. Can you please update Enfold to the latest version 3.1.3 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?

    I have done that – I deactivated each plug in one by one but found the problem remained.

    After struggling for weeks, it seems as the though the problem has been resolved! Either you were right and I had a faulty plugin loaded, or you did some miracle work on the back end, but either way – thank you! This issue has been resolved!
