    Hi!

I have two single columns with 50% width inside a color section.
The left column contains a portrait picture thats scaled to fit.
The right column contains a caption consisting of 3-4 words. This caption has a certain “textlayout” (e.g. 3 words, each word in a separate line), that is centered and fills the whole width of the column.

I want this text to be responsive that:
The “textlayout” stays the same all the time, while the text size changes to always fill the whole width.
At the point where the text size is too small I have it displayed under the picture, by making the left text column invisible on small screens, and having another textbox below the picture thats only visible on small screens.

I accomplished that with a workaround by creating a white picture with just the text on it, uploading it and putting it into right column, that however is very impractical as I can’t change the text inside the advanced layout editor and throws up other issues.

Thanks in advance for the support,
    David from Austria

    Hey David,

Could you please give us a link to your website, we need more context to be able to help you.
Can you make the copy of the elements, just with text, not the images with text.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi!

Thanks for the quick reply. I actually switched to designing this offline.
I set up what i mean on a page. (Login, Link in private Section)

    Here are 2 screenshots:
The text field in the second picture should behave just like the “image with the text in it”!

Have a nice start into the day.

    Hi,

You cant get one column on top of the other.
A solution is to add a headline element hide it on desktop and when on mobile it is aligned on top of your image.
There is no other way to modify it, modifying the grid is not something we suggest.

    Best regards,
    Basilis
