Hello,
I’m trying to create a long green banner with responsive text in it similar to the one seen here, http://www.ferrandinoandson.com/, where it says “how can i help you” with a telephone number. I created a new slider and made the default background color green, but when I try to add the text the position of it doesn’t adjust down for tablet or mobile view. The text seems to stay in the same position. I have “responsive” enabled in the settings. Any idea what could be wrong?

Can you please show us a live version, of what you are trying to do?

Thanks for the response.
If you go here http://www.hawkfp.com you’ll notice that green layerslider beneath the first slider. When I am editing the slide I position it in the middle, but when I load the page it’s slightly left and when I try to minimize Chrome to show me what the responsive views will be like, the text stays right instead of adjusting to the smaller responsive (mobile and tablet) sizes. I’d like the text to center and be completely viewable for every view.

I couldn’t see any responsive issues on any of the sliders on your page, could you send us a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end please?

July 29, 2015 at 6:00 am #480026Hey,
You’re telling the text to stay 370px away from the left margin at all times so there will be issues with that on smaller screens. Please try to remove the left margin and add the following instead to the paragraph:
text-align: center !important;
Also, make sure to that the text is allowed to wrap.
Best regards,

Setting left at 50% seemed to have fixed my issue. Thanks again for your help.
