    Hi There

I’m building my site and I like how its looking/functioning with the responsive features.

I’ve come across a problem: I have an image, its a map and its purpose is to guide visitors on a tour. They will be viewing it on smartphones but it appears too small on a phone to see the map features. I would like to find a way to allow a viewer to enlarge this image. Is there a way to do this without turning off the responsive features of the whole site?

    Thanks
    Kim

    Hey Kimberlyjo!

None that I know of. You could try asking on StackOverflow or something like that to see if in general there is a way to overcome the viewport meta setting which tells mobile phones to display content at a specific width and disable pinch to zoom functionality.

    Cheers!

    Hi Devin,

Thanks for the response. I went to stackOverflow and they are talking in a language much more complicated than my tiny brain can handle. It’s way over my level. I hope one day we will be able to have that functionality as an option within a responsive framework :-)
    Thanks
    Kim
