Responsive Resolution (Max width)

Hi there,
I just wondering, is there any css/coding that can fix responsive screen to a max width? Meaning i don’t want it stretch all over regardless how big is the monitor, want it to be fixed when hitting some size, therefore it will result to left some padding on the right and left side.

I am using slider revolution for my design purpose too, can it be adjusted together?
