Can you explain to me why this page is not responsive for mobile devices? https://moclarmoments.com/your-corporate-escape-plan/
This page which is built using the same components works fine. https://moclarmoments.com/cep-thank-you/
What can I change on the above link to make it work for tablets and smartphones?Thank you,
Connie :)September 18, 2015 at 6:01 am #505243Hey vadesign,
Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Thanks,

September 21, 2015 at 11:07 am #506335Hey!
we need admin access, so let us know when you could upgrade the account for us. Make sure to use newest WordPress and theme versions. Try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue.
Cheers!
AndySeptember 24, 2015 at 5:19 am #508152I have upgraded your account for you. I am afraid to update because issues always seem to happen. It works now and I want to keep it that way. It is just this ONE page that won’t be responsive but all my other pages are. I just need to understand why this one page is not.
Thank you! :)
September 24, 2015 at 6:57 am #508174Hey!
We offer support to latest versions, which fixes many stuff on each release.
If you are afraid to do it alone you can contact one of our Customization Contractors, who will help you out with the process.

BasilisSeptember 24, 2015 at 7:11 am #508184I am a web developer. I can do it. I just don’t want to go through the headache of it. It takes hours if your update doesn’t work. It is just this one page that I need to be responsive. Can you please look at it?
September 25, 2015 at 6:56 am #508779Hey!
This is an old issue with the “Blank – No Header, No Footer” template. Please update the theme to the latest version.
Try this in the Quick CSS field:
#top.avia-blank { width: 100% !important; display: block; } #top.avia-blank #wrap_all { display: block; }
Did you modify the theme files?
Cheers!
