    Hello

When we open the site on a tablet/mobile, if we switch from landscape to portrait the fullwidth slideshow does not automatically resize. Is there a way to fix this? I assume the responsive method would automatically resize the image. Maybe I am missing some setting here?

    Thank you

    Hi,

Thanks for that. I checked your site on Chrome/Android, and it’s working as it should there when I switch between portrait and landscape. Could you post a screenshot of the problem, and let us know how to reproduce it please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard

Please check my screencast below in private. You will notice that the slider does not go full-width when I change the mobile orientation (from portrait to landscape). The other way around it works. If I refresh, on any orientation it is not a problem. It is only a problem when the orientation changes.

    Hi,

Thanks for that. I still can’t reproduce those results on my end though, which device and browser are you using in the video?

    Best regards,

    Hi Rikard

This happens on iPad/iPhone and this video was on a Mac device on safari.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update and clarification. I don’t have any any of those devices to test with unfortunately, but I’ve asked the rest of the team for help.

Please reply to this thread so that is gets added back to our support queue.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hey,

I checked your website on my iphone and could not reproduce the issue. I attached a screen cast in private content field.
Could you please testing your website on a private browser tab and check if that makes a difference?

    Regards,
    Yigit

    Hi Yigit

I think I “accidentally” fix it by playing with the stretch / non-stretch images in the slideshow. I can’t see it happen on my devices either.

I will re-confirm once I check in all devices.
