August 10, 2017 at 5:55 pm #837088Hi cospeonlus,
Looks like you’re using a child theme and you have a header file there, that has not been updated.You need to merge the file from the updated parent theme with the file in your child theme. Or the if this not the case, reupload a fresh copy of the header.php file, it seems to have not been overwritten properly and has some old html in there.

VictoriaAugust 11, 2017 at 9:12 am #837346I check the child theme folder via ftp and there isn’t a header file.

August 22, 2017 at 1:20 pm #842524Hi Giulia,
The header file still has the old html that is not supposed to be there. The css is correct and the menu is there in html.
You have the helper-main-menu in the child theme. Did you update it with a fresh copy?

Can you switch to Enfold and see if the menu show up on mobile? You might need to update all the files in the child theme with a fresh copy.

September 5, 2017 at 9:36 pm #848333Hi,
I suppose that your header.php file has old modifications inside, which hides menu.
Is that true, have you added something from the old version? If you copy a new header.php will it work?Best regards,

September 21, 2017 at 10:06 am #854679Hi,
I would like to access the site but the previous login credentials are not working. Please check it. Make sure to update the template files in the child theme such as the header.php file and the includes > helper-main-menu.php file.

September 22, 2017 at 7:45 am #855209Hi!
The mobile menu is not displaying because of the following css modification in the style.css file line 1528.
@media only screen and (max-width: 1130px) { .main_menu .avia-menu, #header_main_alternate, .fallback_menu { display: none; } }
Please remove it.
Cheers!
