Hello. The responsive menu has stopped working for reasons unknown. I shut sown all plugins and left the site with the bare theme and still does not work. I have not made any changes to the java but when you click the responsive menu it shows the http://www.domain/# and does nothing.
March 9, 2015 at 3:32 pm #408165Hi TJ!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Looks like you don’t have the latest version of the theme. Please download version 3.0.8 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP.

IsmaelMarch 9, 2015 at 5:48 pm #408287I am not sure where you came to this conclusion but you are incorrect. Firstly i was not notified that there was another version, secondly my version showing in WordPress is 3.08 as shown here http://puu.sh/gt9xE/395caf81f5.png, thirdly i downloaded the theme again anyways to make sure and it shows the same version of 3.0.8 as shown here in the version txt. http://puu.sh/gt9GX/d104fa874d.png
March 9, 2015 at 5:50 pm #408288I also wanted to point out that every time I hit submit to a reply here the page goes blank and once I hit the back arrow and refresh it shows that the reply did actually post. http://puu.sh/gt9Jf/a984536993.png
March 10, 2015 at 10:19 am #408700Hey!
I checked the site yesterday and the version of the stylesheets (base.css, layout.css) is 1 instead of 2 so I assumed you’re using an old version of the theme. Anyway, please try to deactivate all plugins specially the cache plugin then test the mobile menu again.
Best regards,
IsmaelMarch 10, 2015 at 7:10 pm #409020As previously stated in my original post, all plugins have already been disabled with no luck. I am using a child theme which may be the reason of your previous assumption. I did re install a fresh download of the Enfold theme and still no luck. Please look into this further and come up with a better solution.
March 11, 2015 at 3:17 am #409631Here is another screen shot with all plugins disabled. The maintenance plugin was left on so the public does not see everything disabled. In the screen shot you can see the mobile menu appears but does nothing.
March 12, 2015 at 4:35 am #410276Hey!
What happens when you remove the header and footer files inside the child theme folder? The mobile-advanced container is not being generated on top of the #header container, replaced by the zopim chat plugin. Maybe a third party script is preventing it. Try to disable the header and footer files in the child theme folder then check it again. I’ll ask the rest of the support team to take a look.

IsmaelMarch 12, 2015 at 4:46 am #410280I know it was not the Zopim chat plugin because I did remove that when I shut down all the plugins. I deleted the header and footer and it seemed to work. I then re inserted the footer and seemed to work. Once I put the header in it failed. I then copied the original from the Enfold theme and added it to the child theme and it worked. It seems that something may have got corrupted with the header file in the child theme. Thank you for helping me figure this out. Please consider this issue solved.
