Responsive Menu

I have a little problem with the responsive menu.

The button that shows up when resize windows, goes to the slider.
Can you help me with that?

Plus, I want to align the menu to the left, like the logo, and I can’t see how.

One last thing, is it possible to add a a file upload field in the forms with the front-end editor?
I have to make one in page “Recrutamento”.
