As wanted.August 23, 2016 at 9:59 am #676266Hi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 480px) { #advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide { top: 80px !important; } }
Best regards,
RikardAugust 23, 2016 at 11:10 am #676294Hi,
Thanks but the problem is still here.
I had just before this code :
@media only screen and (max-width: 480px) {
#advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide {
display: block;
margin-top: -20px !important;
position: fixed !important;
right: 20px !important;
top: 20px !important;
}}Thus only the menu moves….
August 24, 2016 at 9:40 am #676870Hi,
The code you pasted is the code which is causing the icon to disappear on screens lower than 480 pixels so please try to remove it to see if that helps. If not then please post a screenshot of the issue and what you would like to change.

RikardAugust 24, 2016 at 2:55 pm #676993Hi,
Trough the last code I wanted this icon to appear only on screens lower than 480px so that’s fine )).
But the problem is different :
This website is a onepage website and if you click on the menu on your smartphone, for example on “biostatistical analysis” you will see that you are redirect in the bottom of this page of biostatistical analysis” and not at the top of this page (the title doesn’t appear and what is worst the page “writing and editing” (which is after in the menu) appears too much).Here is an illustration of when I click on the menu on “biostatistical analysis” :
http://www.hostingpics.net/viewer.php?id=343450whenweclickonthemenubiostatisticalanalysis.pngThen I have an other problem. The contact form subject mail for the client stay “thanks for your message”. I want it to be changed. I tried by contact form7 but emails are not sent.
I have read http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails/
but no solution.I also tried to install the child theme before but same thing no sucess…
August 29, 2016 at 2:03 pm #678896Hi,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Please deactivate all other plugins as well to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
Best regards,
AndyAugust 30, 2016 at 3:32 pm #679510Hello,
Thanks for your answer !
I have tried it but nothing change…August 30, 2016 at 5:33 pm #679599Hi,
please stick to one question only in one thread, otherwise it gets very confusing here.
This is what I see on mobile when I open the menu in question:
Could you fix it? If not which device are you using? please double check on another device as well.

AndySeptember 25, 2016 at 6:50 pm #691346Hello,
Excuse me for the delay…On several mobile phone there is the same problem as mentionned before (when you click on the menu “biostatical analysis” you are redirect on the end of this page). If I am not wrong it has been tested on three different mobile phone.
September 26, 2016 at 2:22 pm #691684Hi,
this is happening because you are using a custom link like “#biostatistical” inside your WordPress menu. Remove it and redirect to a normal page instead and it should work fine.
Best regards,
AndySeptember 26, 2016 at 6:15 pm #691856Hi Andy,
Thanks for this information !!
I have tried http://www.clinical-research-skills.com/#biostatistical but this is the same thing.
As it is a onepage what is the good link for example for #biostatistical ?Thanking you for your patience

October 5, 2016 at 2:35 pm #695496Hi,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
