Hi team,
Hope you are well!
We’re getting an unusual error on our Enfold themed website. We’re using the Avia Layout Builder and we’ve setup some responsive CSS to change the top header based on device but it only works when logged in as an admin user. When viewing the page in an incognito window or as a user that is not logged in, the changes do not show up. You can see the error on our website here:

Note that we’ve tried using the Avia Layout Builder Element Visibility section to show and hide this section but we get the same error. We also edited a section of the homepage and noticed the same issue with the edited sections. It is perfectly visible when logged in as an admin but does not show when viewing the page in an incognito window or as a user that is not logged in. The following video shows the error as it is happening on our side. Can you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

Hey ddezylva,
Thank you for the inquiry.
The missing elements or content are visible on our end even when we are not logged in, and the background image is correctly removed when we resize the browser. Is this still an issue on your end? We checked the site on Firefox Dev Windows 10.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi Ismael,
Thanks for checking!
We found the issue was related to outdated .htaccess entries which we’ve cleared so the issue has since been resolved.
Thanks again for your time, happy to mark this issue as resolved.
Best regards
