Hi,
I try to use the parameters for responsive columns/header option (especially for font size), i specify the font height in px in the header of my column for small and medium screen, that work fine on mobile device but not on medium screen in low resolution (near 700-900px), the font size keep original size and go out the column box, do you have an idea why it’s didn’t work for me ?
Thank’s for your reply
Best regards

Jordan ShannonAugust 26, 2017 at 9:37 am #844313Hello,
We just put the site online to do some testing. I put the link of the site in private. One of the pages concerned by the problem of responsive is the page “urbanisation des flux documentaires”, we note a big difference in formatting the squares of colors according to the size of the screen.Best regards,

Jordan ShannonAugust 29, 2017 at 9:21 am #845250Hi,
I finally managed to fix my problem with the formatting options. However, I have another point on which I would like to ask you. On the cover page we have several videos integrated into a slider full screen. These videos not working on mobile we put backup images on each of them. They work very well on android smartphone however on iphone the images are totally zoomed, Can you help me on this ?August 29, 2017 at 10:42 pm #845481Hi,
Would you be able to provide a screenshot of the iphone issue?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonAugust 30, 2017 at 10:47 am #845724Hi,
Here is the screenshots of the iphone and android issues. You can see on the android device, we have a picture in full screen and on the iphone the same image hyper zoomed.
Best regards.
August 31, 2017 at 2:19 pm #846252Hi Kiliancruz1011,
The best solution here would be to create a second fullscreen slider, just the one to be shown on mobile, no videos and right image sizes. This will be easier to adjust and control.
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
