resolution of dashboard and webpage changed after update

dear support team,

I am running several webpages, and it appears that those running with enfold theme have issues with a stable all over resolution in the backend as well as webpage look. After an update everything looks shrunk in size proportionally to fonts, images and so on. i deactivated all possible plugins with no result of getting the original resolution back to the dashboard and webpage.
the screeenshot shows left the effected dashboard and right a normal sized one opened at the same time with another webpage running on a different theme.
