    Hi, I am in serious trouble. I downloaded a template but I wanted to delete it. I got a message to reset it, but now my whole website is gone. Please, can you help me to turn it back? My media is empty, everything is empty. I am kind of desperate!

    Hey Anouk,
    Thanks for the link to your site, I see that you have a plugin called “WordPress Reset” did you use this plugin to “reset” your site? If you did there is no undo feature.
    Try asking your webhost to restore the last full backup to get your site back, typically webhosts will create a full backup with a database backup once a month.

    Hi Mike, thanks for coming back to me. Yes, I used the plugin because it was mentioned with importing the template.
    I tried my webhost and I have it back! I am so happy! Thank you!
