Reset forum account

like mentioned in the comments on thmeforest i cant get access to the forum.
Your login said “Purchase Code already in use” if i try to register
If i try to login it says “no user with this email”

Can you please reset and (if possible) use this mailadress: (Email address hidden if logged out)
