Request Information in Banner?

I get a lot of request for the banner to have “request information”, is there a way to do this or something similar with Enfold?

Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I was looking for more of an actual way to ad a sign up form next to the banner picture, is there a way to do that?

I was successful in using what you posted and will keep it mind for future use, thanks.

I found a work around. I used the color section and an image for the background and then used a form over top of that and shifted it to the right by using the 2/5 element.
