I get an email saying there is an update but no version number and no fast way to make sure I am downloading the new v and so forth. A simple version number on the downloads page and as a folder name in the files would be helpful.

You can see the latest version on the themeforest page, http://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990.
It gets updated with every new version.
