Hi Rikard,
thanks for the
ul.sub-menu {
background-color: transparent;
}I put it into the Quick CSS of General Settings, and saved them, but somehow my breadcrumbs still look the same. I changed transparent to “blue” (just for fun) – but no change either.
Did I miss something? What do I have to do, to see the changes and to get the breadcrumps shown the same way as the main menu?
Many thanks for your help again!

KerstinApril 11, 2023 at 6:21 pm #1404131Hey Kerstin,
I can’t see the sub menu on your actual site, please add it so that we can check why the CSS is not applying. Also, what is in your screenshot is not breadcrumbs, it’s a sub menu.

RikardApril 11, 2023 at 7:39 pm #1404159Hi Rikard,
oooh sorry – I wrote breadcrumbs and meant submenu….
When you now click on Team-Trainings in my website you see
Trainingslager – Goldmedaille and
Trainingslager – ZEN
in the submenu.It is shown in a way that is really perfect for all my pages with a non-transparent Menu.
I would be so happy if these two points could be shown the same way as the transparent Main Menu (white font transparent on blue sky)… on the very first page.Many thanks for your help!
Best Regards
KerstinApril 12, 2023 at 6:32 pm #1404242Hi,
Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.header_color .main_menu ul ul { background-color: transparent; }

RikardApril 12, 2023 at 8:16 pm #1404269Hi,
many thanks for that!
I tried immediatly and put it above those points, which were in since installing enfold in Qick CSS of “Allgemeines Styling”. The Quick CSS looks now like this:.header_color .main_menu ul ul {
background-color: transparent;
}/*hide auto sidebar from magazine*/
.page-id-2967 .sidebar .widget_nav_hide_child {
display: none;
}/*2.8 firefox problem*/
.avia-image-container-inner, .avia_image {
max-width: 100%;
}#socket .avia-bullet, #socket .avia-menu-fx {
display: none;
}However – for some reason my frontpage seams to be very resistent – it looks like it ignores my change…
What can be the reason here?Many thanks again!

Kerstin.April 13, 2023 at 7:47 pm #1404385Hi,
Please try this instead:
.header_color .main_menu ul ul { background-color: transparent !important; }
If that doesn’t help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can investigate further.

RikardApril 15, 2023 at 7:25 pm #1404550Wow – great – thank you!!!!!!!
and … is it possible to change the font from grey to white (as in the main menu) and
the top of the box from red to white (so that all sides of the box are white) ?That would look really the best (I think)… :-)
Best Regards from Germany!
KerstinApril 15, 2023 at 7:37 pm #1404551I just clicked a little bit and found on more thing:
Except my landingpage all my pages have a non-transparent header – and the submenu comes perfectly non-transparent.
Except in one case – when I click on “über Mich” and go with my mouse to “Team Trainings” then the submenu is on transparent background –
Can you change this one back, so it is the same like on the other “non-Transparent” Pages?That would be great as well! :-)
Many thanks again!
KerstinApril 16, 2023 at 11:22 am #1404580Hi,
You can change the sub menu font colour under Enfold->Advanced Styling. Please check there.
I’ve edited the previous CSS for you as well, so that it’s working on pages where you don’t have a transparent header.

RikardApril 16, 2023 at 5:13 pm #1404598Hi Rikard,
many thanks – all my non-transparent pages look perfectly again … :-)
I went to enfold advanced settings and changed the font-colour for the sub menu links.
However- that workes I little bit too good…
This setting changed the font colour of my frontpager with the transparent header and it changed the non-transparent sub-menu as well –
which meant white font on white background.
There is an option for a transparent header to customize the font-colour, the logo and the colour for hovering.
However – somehow there seems to be no chance to customize the sub-menu only for a transparent header -> so that the submenu looks the same as the transparent main menu f.e.I “undid” my change. Unfortunately this “Undid” your change (transparent background of the submenu only for my transparent header) as well.
Sorry for that!
I mean – if it is possible to have the submenu (only) for the page with the transparent header the same as the transparent main menu:
white font on transparent background with white box – it really would be great.If it is not that easy – the submenu the way it is look indeed professional on a transparent header as well!
