    So the Instagram logo that you guys provide is an older version. I am wondering how I go about changing that? I already downloaded the fontello zip file containing the new logo and attempted to upload it. Every time I go to upload it I get the error message “couldn’t not upload because the server stopped responding”. My questions is once I figure out how to fix the error message how do I go about changing the default Instagram icon on my homepage? I have checked on the memory limit and all is fine, I also have php zip archive installed. I was posting this issue on someone else thread but I thought I should just start my own thread with my own problem. Should I give you guys access to the wordpress login?

    Hey metrocitygirl,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    We tried to upload the new instagram font icon but there’s an error in the process.

    /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

    We would like to do a few tests in your server. Please post the FTP details in the private field.

    The username and password are incorrect. Please check it carefully.

    331 User SB (Email address hidden if logged out) OK. Password required
    Command: PASS **************
    Response: 530 Login authentication failed
    Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

    Sorry you can try it now. I haven’t been able to get around to this thread for a while, so sorry it’s taken me so long to get back to you but yeah the same username and password should work now.

    I’m sorry but we need both FTP and WP login details to work. The login credentials for WP is not working anymore.

    dangit yeah I am going to contact the IT guy who handles this hosting so I can fix this issue cause it keeps changing the password on me too. I’ll get back to you.
