GuestHello Enfold Team,
I am a long-time user of the Enfold theme.
I have been using Enfold for several years because of its excellent design and overall convenience, and I truly appreciate the quality of your work. However, I have been experiencing a recurring issue when using the Tab Section element while building pages.
When I add layouts or other content elements inside a Tab Section, errors occur frequently. In many cases, after editing the content, the page fails to save properly. This issue happens repeatedly and seriously interrupts the page-building workflow.
In most situations, once I remove the Tab Section from the page, the problem disappears and the page works normally again. Because of this, the Tab Section has become a major obstacle during content creation.
Could you please look into this issue and let me know if there is a fix or an update planned to resolve this problem?
Thank you very much for your continued support and for creating such a great theme.
February 3, 2026 at 5:49 pm #1494626Hey Lee Sang Min,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Do you have a sure way of reproducing the results that you are seeing? If you are seeing elements breaking or disappearing from your layout, then it’s very likely due to the content that you are putting in them. If you are using any html tags, then make sure to close them properly every time.
Best regards,

This is a screen recording of my workspace.
No HTML code or additional custom code has been applied.
When I try to add images or columns, the editor crashes during the save process, as shown in the video.February 4, 2026 at 5:23 am #1494646Hey Lee Sang Min,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Did you add any html tags in the Tab Section element? Please make sure that all tags are valid and properly closed. Invalid html tags could break the page layout and cause errors in the builder.
We tried accessing the video, but the file is not accessible on our end, without logging in. Would you mind using a different video hosting platform like streamable (https://streamable.com/)? You can also use platforms like FreeImage, ImgBB, PostImages or Dropbox to upload and share a screenshot.
In the meantime, please make sure that the theme is updated to version 7.1.3 and WordPress to version 6.9.1. Let us know if the issue persists.
Best rega

Thank you for taking the time to review my case and for your response.
The Tab Section design is very beautiful and well made, which is why it’s unfortunate that the issue I mentioned earlier keeps occurring when I try to use it. I’ve been a bit disappointed because of this.
If possible, I would really appreciate it if the issue could be properly resolved so I can use it comfortably.
Thank you very much.

After checking several possible causes, it appears that our hosting provider had restricted access from outside of South Korea. We have now lifted all overseas access restrictions, so you should be able to access the site without any issues.
Regarding the additional points you mentioned earlier, we will review them further and get back to you with an update.
