    Hi, On November 2, 2023, I renewed my license for 6 months of support however when I go to my Enfold theme support, I am not allowed to post. I get the error saying my license expired.

    My purchase order #183768351 from Envato Market

    Please let me know a solution as I have a tech support issue that I would like to post ASAP.

    We’ve reviewed your account, and it indicates that your support license expired on 2023-11-03 at 22:36:59+11:00. Are you sure that you used the same email address or account for the support license purchase? We suggest contacting Themeforest regarding the renewal so they can review your account and manually correct it if necessary. We have temporarily activated your account so you can submit inquiries to the forum.

    After looking extensively thru the Themeforest site, I found no support contact option. The only option I could find was by making a post in their “Purchase” forum, which I did.

    I am not sure why this is my issue to run around to resolve as I made the purchase for the renewal of Enfold support as it was offered to me. I am providing proof of receipt to Enfold. Shouldn’t Enfold / Kriesi be the one who is looking into this matter with Themeforerst for which they are selling their products and services?

    Ismael gave me temporary access to the forum because I had an unrelated technical question about the Enfold theme. So from my end I have no way to know if it is working due to the temporary access provided or if the issue is resolved.
