    Hello
    I want to renew my support for more 6 month
    But i want it on my user not on the person that i pay to build my site
    Renew support to get help from Kriesi for 6 months.
    $41.13
    How can i do it

    Hey Gil,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Do you have a Themeforest account? You will have to purchase a new theme license (regular) using your account and generate a new API key. A new regular license comes with 6 months support that can be extended to 12 months. Unfortunately, you cannot extend support on an item that you did not actually purchased.

    but not on the account of the guy that build my site (he give me password to his envato)

    Yes, if you have access to ThemeForest account which was used to purchase Enfold, you can simply login and go to – https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990 to renew support :)
