Hi. I purchased this theme for a client years ago. Lately I have been having issues with uploading images, plugins updates, backing up, and plugin installs, and I get 500 internal errors when I navigate from dashboard to portfolio. I am wondering if I renew my support with you, if this is something you are able to help me with, or if it is beyond your scope of services? Thanks.

You are not using a child theme. Have you made any changes on parent theme files (functions.php, header.php etc.)? If not, you can post FTP and WP admin logins to us and we can update plugins, WordPress and Enfold theme for you.
Also, please increase the allocated memory to 256M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you. Please ask them to upgrade PHP version to newer versions if you are using a version older than 5.6 as well.Best regards,

I just heard back from the hosting company and memory has been increased to 256M, and PHP is currently at 5.6. I checked, but am still unable to run a backup of the site using 2 different plugins – this makes me hesitant to make any plugin or theme updates (I would like a backup of the site incase something goes wrong with any updates).

Thanks, however those are WordPress admin logins. We will need FTP logins to access to your server. You can contact your hosting provider and request those credentials if you do not have them.

The site is using an old version of the theme which is not compatible with WordPress 4.8.1. Please upgrade to version 4.1.2. If you can’t update the theme automatically, try to upload it via FTP.
