Hello. I would like to remove the space above the menubar on my website. I have attached a link to the image below. As you will see there is a space, outlined by a red box, above the menu which appears when you scroll down the page. Can someone help me with a way to make this not show up? I don’t like the way it looks when scrolling down the page. I made the menu unsticky so it wouldn’t be noticeable, but don’t want that to be a permanent change. Here is the link to the image:
Thank You for your help.

I think you have a broken tag in your header. Please see the screenshot I took:

Would that be causing the black bar?

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

September 27, 2019 at 4:50 pm #1142814Hi,
Can you try disabling all active plugins to see if the issue resolves?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonSeptember 27, 2019 at 5:08 pm #1142831Jordan, I removed them one at a time and it didn’t resolve, then I disabled them all at the same time and it did not resolve the issue.
September 27, 2019 at 5:53 pm #1142848I am finding the issue of the code in the top bar happens when I am pasting my google analytics script in the header.php file. Once I remove it, I have to rename the file and re-upload a saved version of the original in order to get the code to go away. Then my Google analytics won’t work. Is there a way around this that you know of?

September 27, 2019 at 6:04 pm #1142851I believe I resolved the issue. I removed the GA tracking code from the head and used the Google services box in the Theme options panel. Didnt know that was there. everything seems to be working normally now. Will keep an eye on it.
Thank You for your assistance.

Enfold provides a section for analytics code via Enfold->Google Services.
