Removing Google Phone Call Conversion Tracking Code causes Critical Website Issu

When I removed our google phone call conversion tracking code for adwords our website, for lack of a better term, blows up.

The home page goes from how it’s suppose to look: (website url found in private content) with mulitple videos, a menu, text, etc

to One giant video, a photo, and one of the 2 text boxes. No menu, fullwidth slider, etc. Every other page turns into a useless white page.

The code i’m speaking of is below and is in the “Google Analytics tracking code” box.

I am not sure what to do and havn’t found much help online. I am positive this code is causing the problem when I remove it.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
