Hi Folks,
Here’s the old site that I’m reproducing using Enfold: http://www.sqldownunder.com
You can see the new one here: http://sqldownunder.com/index.php/sql-down-under-home-page/
What I seem to be struggling with, is that even though I haven’t added any spacing, there seems to be extra padding or margins all over the place. Is there a basic setting that I’m missing?
Regards,
Greg

Can you please point us to which spaces exactly you want to reduce?
Best regards,

I have a text layout as the top item in the visual designer but the text doesn’t end up anywhere near the top. Same for the next things under it.

Yes, the elements do have spacing, which is for better web design options, and to make sure that when an element is empty, it is visible!
Space is good, space if your friend. It helps make a better and more readable site.Best regards,

How can you remove it? If it wasn’t there, I could add it if needed, but when it’s auto-inserted, how can you remove it if you don’t want it?

Greg

You can reset the space with CSS rules to the elements and make all margin / padding to zero.
That should work.Best regards,
