Hello,
I am building my blog with the Enfold theme and would like to remove some elements that I see on the post pages.
1. I am using a grid layout and when I view the page with all my posts on it I see underneath a post the following data: 0 Comments/December 21, 2015. (The same happens if I click on one of my categories – anything in that category has the same data).
I would like to remove the, ‘0 Comments’ portion. Is that possible?
2. When I click on a post to open it up, at the bottom of the post I see: the number 0 in a circle and underneath that there is the word ‘replies’ (basically showing a counter of how many replies there have been). I would like to remove that and not show this. Is that possible?
Additionally on that same page further down there is a section where people can post / leave comments. Is there a way to remove that if I wanted to?
On the Enfold Blog Layout page I have tried deselecting: Blog Post Comment Count, but that has not worked.
Thanks,

December 23, 2015 at 7:07 am #556902Hi Gene,
Could you provide us with a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Best regards,
RikardDecember 23, 2015 at 9:03 pm #557209Hi Rikard,
Thanks for getting back to me.
Here is the site: http://genebandtest.mysecretwifeproject.com/blog-2/.
When you click on one of the blog categories you will see the ‘comments’ text I mentioned under the post. If you click to open a post you will see the ‘0 comments’ text listed beneath the post.

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
.slide-meta-comments, .slide-meta-del { display:none !important; }

January 2, 2016 at 8:11 am #558853Hi,
You should be able to that here: themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990?ref=Kriesi, when logged into your Themeforest account.
Thanks,
RikardJanuary 5, 2016 at 7:07 pm #560094Ok thanks. I’ll be happy to do that. Enfold is a fantastic theme. I’m just going to finish working on my website first. Once it is done I’ll do the review. That way people can see the theme in action on my new site.
I have two questions that I would like to ask:
1. I have noticed on some pages of my site that the social icons in the footer don’t have a rollover effect – they don’t change color. On some pages they do and other they don’t. Is there a way to correct this?
2. I am creating some text inside of an icon box content element. I would like to be able to increase the size of the text inside the icon box but I do not see an option for that. I do have options to switch the text to a heading size but I prefer to just increase the font size. Is there a way to do that?
http://genebandtest.mysecretwifeproject.com/true-love/ (it is the lyrics that I want to increase in size)Thanks,
GeneJanuary 6, 2016 at 10:32 am #560392Hi Gene,
1. That should not be happening, could you link to a page where the hover is not working please?
2. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
.page-id-571 .iconbox_content_container p { font-size:16px !important; }
Remove .page-id-571 if you’d like the change to apply for the entire site.

RikardJanuary 6, 2016 at 8:28 pm #560739Thanks Rikard.
Here is a link to one page where the hover is not working on the footer social links. The ‘music’ page is the other page where I noticed it not working as well.

January 7, 2016 at 10:52 pm #561578Hey!
try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. If that does not help send us admin access, so we can take a deeper look into it. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?
Cheers!
AndyJanuary 8, 2016 at 6:24 pm #562146I’ll try that and see if that works – thanks!
My WordPress site just automatically updated itself to version 4.4.1 Should that be ok with Enfold or is there anything that might be a problem? Also wanted to check to see if I should somehow disable automatic updates – if so, do you know how to do that?

January 9, 2016 at 7:44 am #562344Hi,
4.4.1 should work fine with Enfold, you could have a look at this to see if can disable automatic updates: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-turn-off-automatic-updates

January 12, 2016 at 9:52 am #563774March 19, 2016 at 12:22 am #600592Hi Rikard,
I was wondering if it’s possible to add iTunes, Google Play and other music providers to the social profiles menu?
I’d like to have those music stores in my social profiles icons and wanted to know if that’s possible.
I am also having problems with uploading images through the media library. I get an ‘http error’ message. I also receive the following message: Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.I contacted my web host and when we deactivated the Enfold theme, the problem went away and I was able to upload images without any problem. Would you be able to help me troubleshoot this? There seems to be an issue with the Enfold theme when I try to upload images.
Thanks,

March 21, 2016 at 6:20 am #601032Hi Gene,
I’m not sure about the music services, are you looking to simply link to a static URL? Please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look at the HTTP error. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Thanks,
RikardMarch 21, 2016 at 3:22 pm #601273Hi Rikard,
Thanks so much!
In regards to the music services, I was just hoping to add some icons similar to the ones I’ve added in my footer for Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. All these were available to me in the Enfold – Social Profiles area. I was just wondering if it was possible to expand the list that you offer so that music services like iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, Spotify, etc., were also available.
I’ve included login details for you in the private area. I started noticing the HTTP error issue a few weeks back. I get the error when I try to upload an image through the media library directly or when creating a page/blog post and trying to bring an image.

March 23, 2016 at 4:56 pm #602628Hi Rikard,
Just checking in. Had you had a chance to check out my site? Did the login info I sent work?
I’ve sent new login info below. Not sure what level of access you need – this login is assigned as editor status.
I received an email informing me there is an Enfold update. Do you think I should update now? What is the process in updating?
Thanks.
