Removed Logo using CSS and functions.php and now can't get it back

I followed some guides I found on the forums to add some CSS to hide the logo for my website in the top left. We’ve now made the decision to include it back, but now it is only showing the logo when you scroll down and the secondary menu comes up. The main page is showing the default enfold logo. How do I change this default enfold logo to use my custom logo?

Here is the guide I think I followed, but I can’t find any of the code in the functions.php, so I think it’s all back to default configuration.
