How do I remove the “Website” and “Email” entries for the discussion section in the blog?
The current categories for leaving a comment are:
Name
Email
Website
Comment
and I just want visitors to insert their name and a comment.

You can try the code someone posted here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/remove-url-and-email-fields-from-comments-form – insert it at the bottom of functions.php.
