Hi,
Under the menu items on the “Search Result Site” it shows me this sentence: “This is a Page excerpt. It will be displayed for search results.”
How can I change or remove this? http://www.test.eberlemichael.ch/wordpress/?s=coop

Hi,
Edit “Öffnungszeiten”, look for Screen Options (top right corner). Check the Excerpt option. Remove the excerpt there.

When I write nothing in the excerpt field, it will show me the standard text like above?

It will show a truncated version of the content (see http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/get_the_excerpt ). WP allows you to change the number of words by using a filter: http://codex.wordpress.org/Plugin_API/Filter_Reference/excerpt_length
