Hello. I’m having an issue that I can’t figure out. Immediately underneath one of my images there is a thin white line I can’t remove. I’ve attempted to change the pic, resize the pic, and rebuild the entire cell, nothing has worked. Interestingly it only shows on desktop and not on mobile. The image I’m referring to has a dark overlay with the caption “THE GUIDES” and is located immediately above the testimonial section.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
BrianOctober 26, 2016 at 10:28 pm #704541Hey!
Would you mind posting us a screenshot/mockup of what you would like to achieve? You can upload the screenshot to imgur.com or dropbox and share the link here :)
I attached a screenshot in private content field showing how it does look on my end.
Best regards,

October 28, 2016 at 4:05 am #705126Something else I’ve noticed is that it happens in chrome but not firefox or ie. Furthermore if I adjust the size of the chrome window, at certain sizes the line will be completely gone but at other sizes it will be under as many as three images. (I also tried adjusting the size of the firefox and ie windows but the line doesn’t appear at any size.)
October 31, 2016 at 7:41 am #705986Hi,
The login details doesn’t seem to work, also can’t check any page except the Under Construction page. Regarding the issue, does your images have the same width and height?
Best regards,
NikkoDecember 5, 2016 at 9:40 pm #720708Hi Nikko. I apologize for the delay in getting back. I disabled the “under construction” plugin so now the site is live.
As I mentioned on 10/28, it happens in chrome but not firefox or ie. Furthermore if I adjust the size of the chrome window, at certain sizes the line will be completely gone but at other sizes it will be under as many as three images. (I also tried adjusting the size of the firefox and ie windows but the line doesn’t appear at any size.)
From my very limited coding knowledge it appears to be a compatibility issue with that particular element and chrome.
December 8, 2016 at 6:49 am #721829So I figured it out (or at least a solution that will work). The issue has to do with viewing via chrome…doesn’t happen with any other browsers as far as I can tell. Not only does a white line show at certain screen sizes but the corners of all pics in the grid show a few white pixels…looks bad. So the easiest fix I could think of was to edit each cell and use “Custom Background Color” to make a dark background so the pixels blend with the dark boarders. Looks good now. Welcome.
