    So, I made a slider assuming the text would change for each slider but the client just wants the same headline and buttons for all with out animation on the text for each slide. I’ve got the same text and buttons added to each slider and I know there are no global layers for this, but perhaps If I could just stop the fade and animation for the text and buttons only they would appear static since the position is the same for each.

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    At the very bottom of the slider options, there is a checkbox where you can set the caption of the first slide as permanent caption. 

    Use first slides caption as permanent caption

    That should help.
