Hi!
When I test website with https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly and https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ I see that it is still turned on and working. But in LayerSlider options- mobile disabled.
How completely disable LayerSlider from the website mobile version?

You can’t really “completely disable” on mobile only as in remove. You can hide it.

Unfortunately no. Reason being is because the code still must physically be on the page in order to run when desktop is loaded.
