Remove Image Padding

Hello!
I am trying to set an image hard right on my page so that its flush with the right side of my page to make it look like the page is cutting off the image. I cant figure out how to get this picture over. I think it has something to do with paddings or margins. I could really use your help!

Edit: the problem is on the business cards i tried withgrid row but it doesn´t let me have a general background
Edit 2: i tried just the image in the center but is too smal even if i set it on full size in wich case it doesnt show it all.
