Remove hover effect from basket

hi how can i specify the div colour when the mouse hovers over the shopping basket icon in enfold

I have included a screenshot to help illustrate what I am referring to. Currently it changes to a dark grey

I want to be able to set it to something different

Any help on the css tweak to do this would be great so I can specify the hover colour. See screenshot at this url
