Remove category and author in single posts

Hi all,

This should be straight forward with simple themes. How do i remove the category and author details in a post? For example:

“08 Aug 2013/in Inspiration, Uncategorized / by Joe Bloggs”

I managed to remove the author but the rest is a little technical. Here’s a link to the website:
