Hi there,
On mobile view, the ‘toggle fullscreen view’ is empty (just a rectangular color box) and it covers the ‘Marker Tooltip’ box and a LOT of the map (whether viewing portrait or landscape view).
Is there a way to remove the ‘toggle fullscreen view’ box entirely?
Page in question where this is occurring: birdrescuecenter.org/get-in-contact
ALSO, is there a way to set the ‘Marker’ be CENTERED in the middle of the Avia-google map (regardless of the browser window width)? That would be awesome :-)
Thank you!

March 22, 2018 at 5:31 am #931028Hey Chnine,
Sorry the ‘toggle fullscreen view’ box is added by Google maps and can’t be hidden.
The map marker is centered when the page is loaded in the browser. I believe you are experiencing a non-centered map marker by loading the page and then adjusting the size of the window to emulate different devices. If you set the browser to the size you wish to test and then refresh you will find the map marker centers, as it will in the natural device.
This behavior is also controlled by Google.
Sorry, I wish I could have been more help.Best regards,

Thank you so much for the quick reply.
I do understand that the ‘toggle fullscreen view’ box is a Google maps thing.
However, the STYLING is from the Enfold theme, right? Otherwise we wouldn’t be seeing the solid teal rectangular color (with nothing else in it) overlaying the map (see above page excerpt in my initial post).
There are supposed to be controls that can be toggled on and off. For example please see this page that has a screenshot of the view from a desktop browser of the Google map: https://i.imgur.com/95BPHQX.png
Here you can see the ‘toggle fullscreen view’ controls properly displaying.If we cannot HIDE the ‘toggle fullscreen view’ box on mobile, then it should at least display properly which it is NOT.
Can you suggest the Enfold CSS that I would target in my custom CSS to mitigate the display problem on mobile?
Thanks so much for your help!
ChristinaMarch 24, 2018 at 3:59 am #932207Hi,
It looks like you have some css associated with Constant Contact that has a general rule for “button”, if the following rule is in your child theme stylesheet or in your General Styling > Quick CSS field please modify as follows, otherwise
Please try going the file at the url in the Private Content area via ftp, and find these lines starting about 3824:/* Constant Contact button */ .input[type="button" i], input[type="submit" i], input[type="reset" i], input[type="file" i]::-webkit-file-upload-button, button {
and remove the last word “button” and the comma, so it looks like this:
/* Constant Contact button */ .input[type="button" i], input[type="submit" i], input[type="reset" i], input[type="file" i]::-webkit-file-upload-button {
Then re-upload, clear any cache plugin and your browser cache and check.
Best regards,
