Hi,
I’m izwan, admin of bambaragroundnut.org. I have a problem related to theme update. My website was developed by a third party vendor and I just received this website from them about a year. Unfortunately, they were using outsource web developer which use enfold theme under developer licence. When they hand over the website, the key for update was not available which I’m also not aware about it. Now my website is in a mess and I can’t update my theme which i guess the root of the problem. Now I’m thinking to purchase the enfold theme but need to have the guidance to do that from Kresi Team. If yo guys have any idea feel free to suggest.Hi izwan,

You are currently using a very old version of Enfold, 2.6.2 on your website. There has been many changes on the theme and it improved a lot. You can check out the latest improvements in Enfold 4.3 in here – https://kriesi.at/archives/enfold-4-3-performance-update
You can purchase Enfold license here – https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990?ref=Kriesi. Please be aware that you may need to re-configure some options/elements since you are currently using a very old version. We would recommend you to create a testing environment, copy your existing installation there – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/ and update theme there to be on the safe side :)
