Hi – I need support with my Enfold theme. However, the license key with the theme was registered by someone who made our site a long time ago. I do not have access to the Themeforest login for that account. however, I do have access to the Themeforest API Key used. Is there any way to still access the support forums with this information. I am happy to provide login credentials to our site if that would help verify the purchase of the theme.

Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately, we would need the purchase code to register to our support forum, the themeforest api key is only used to receive auto-updates on the theme.

The other option is to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.Best regards,
