    Hi Guys, yesterday i’ve filled out the registration form here on the Website. Till now, i don’t got a Mail with Login-Details. :-( I try the registration again.
    Maybe you can help me on this was, until the registration is completed:
    on our Website http://www.litex.ch is your Theme “Enfold” installed. But since the Theme-Update, our Company-Logo won’t be displayed on the Homepage (on all other Pages it works). All Plugins that will optimize Images etc. are inactive. When i’m logged in, the Logo will be displayed and all works fine…
    The problem occurs with all browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Safari).
    Can you help me please?

    thanks for the fast response!

    Our Website doesn’t load? New link below, please try again.. :-) but have you seen, that our Company-Logo on top-left won’t be displayed? It only shows a white area…

    No, they are not working for me. I tried logging in on the link in private content field however that did not work either. Could you please check logins once again?

    Hi,

    When i am using an FTP client i am getting “server closed connection” error and when i try to login using the link in private field, i get “Error! Couldn’t authenticate your login” error. Are you able to connect using these credentials?

    I’m sorry it’s so awkward. I’ve contacted my Hoster for a new FTP-Login. Details below. I could not check the login data because I already have too many login attempts. The Hoster means, these would have to work.

    Please send me an info if it worked :-)

    now, how did you do this? i’ve got a duplicate of our Website (dev.litex.ch) with the same Logo-Problem. Can you tell me, how i can delete the cache?
