    Hello,
    I bought your theme Enfold and I wanted to reach out for support as I am having an issue with the installatione. (style.css is missing)
    But unfortunately I made a mistake when entering my e-mail address for the support registration and consequently I did not receive a confirmation e-mail with a password from you.
    Another registration attempt has failed because a registration has already taken place with this code. Of course I cannot correct my e-mail address now.

    Can you please help me to undo this? My correct e-mail address is
    (Email address hidden if logged out) (NOT .com!)
    Pls find my purchase Code below.

    Hey Anne,

    We deleted the account you registered. Please register once again using the same purchase code.

    The issue you’re experiencing is a common error. Please refer to this post https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510-Theme-is-missing-the-style-css-stylesheet-error/ and let us know if you experience the issue after installing the installable WordPress version.
