Dear all,
Unfortunately, I can not register. I have already a Login, but I don’t know the password. If I request a new passwort, I do not get the email. I don’t know if there is still the old email (Email address hidden if logged out) . I have no access to this email address anymore.
I need to login as I can not update the enfold theme because when I enter the Username and API Key for Themeforest, it say’s saving didn’t work: Please reload the page and try again. I did this, but it din’t work.

After logging in, you can start new threads in – https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold#new-postIf you are using Enfold version older than 4.5, you would firstly need to update the theme manually – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and then insert Personal Token in Enfold theme options to receive further updates – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token. If that is not the case, please start a thread so we can look into it :)
