Registration Didn't work

I am working with my client on a site. I purchased a license for Enfold but I’m unable to register on the support site. I didn’t receive a message after I submitted the license key so that I could complete registration. Rikard’s profile page says to use a form to submit the info so that I can be registered manually. This is the only contact form I could find on your website.
