I’m managing a site that is using your plugin/theme and we have some issues with responsiveness with the design. The site was transferred, so I do not have the registration code used to purchase the theme, but need some support.
Can you help me create an account so I can post in the forum? I would appreciate it!

You need a purchase code to register on the forum, maybe you could get that from the person who bought the license?
We can help you out with your problem here for now. Could you try to describe the problem you are having a bit further, or post a screenshot highlighting it please?
