    Hello Team,

    I tried registering the theme after creating a token ID but I’m receiving the following strange error:

    “Could not connect to the internet. Please reload the page and try again”

    My internet connection is working fine.

    Yes, I have completed all those steps and when I tried entering my token code, I get an error saying “there is no internet connection”. The Internet is working fine, something wrong with the theme.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the screenshot, though it’s not shared publicly so we can’t see it. Please post admin login details to your site in private so that we can see the problem for ourselves. Also please post the token you are trying with.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I get the same problem on my end. You are getting a 500 internal server error on the file in private. Could you try to contact your hosting provider to see if they know why that is?
